How to use peptides responsibly — dose, cycle, stack, and store them correctly.
Always begin at the bottom of the dose range listed for your peptide. Only increase after 1–2 weeks if you tolerate the starting dose well and want stronger effects. This approach — called titration — lets your body adapt and helps you find the lowest effective dose.
Start at minimum dose. Observe sleep, energy, injection-site reaction.
If well tolerated, increase to mid-range dose. Note any changes.
Reach target dose only if previous steps were comfortable.
Rule of thumb: If you experience side effects at a dose, drop back to the previous level and stay there for another week before trying again.
Peptide receptors can desensitise with continuous use. A structured cycle preserves receptor sensitivity and gives your body time to consolidate gains. The standard pattern is 8–12 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off.
Signs you should cycle off early:
Combining peptides can amplify results — but only when done thoughtfully. Beginners should start with a single compound and add a second only after completing a full solo cycle.
Beginner rule: Maximum 2 compounds. Introduce one at a time, one week apart, so you can attribute any reaction to the correct peptide.
STOP USE AND SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IF YOU EXPERIENCE:
Especially if it comes on rapidly or is the worst headache of your life.
Blurred vision, double vision, or visual disturbances of any kind.
Mild nausea is common; vomiting that doesn't resolve within 24 hours is not.
Increasing redness, warmth, swelling, pus, or fever after an injection.
Hives, swelling of the face/throat, difficulty breathing, or rapid heartbeat.
Any cardiac symptoms that are new or unusual for you.
Peptides are not appropriate for everyone. Do not use without explicit medical supervision if any of the following apply:
Follow this checklist every single time you prepare and administer a dose. Sterility is non-negotiable.
A properly reconstituted peptide solution should be crystal-clear and colourless. Use this guide to evaluate your vial before every injection.
